Today education needs significant reform and correction by powerful informatization, implementation of modern technologies, which are rapidly developing and changing in the process of learning. Among the disciplines of technical universities 25% of teaching time allocated for social and human sciences that are independently elected by the students. Under these conditions, teaching particular subjects humanitarian cycle requires a special approach, which consists in introducing new learning technologies that actually change the nature of the process of teaching.
