Olympiad of Ukrainian language
Olympiad of Ukrainian language is traditionally on the Day of Ukrainian language and literature – 9 November – and aims to motivate students for the advanced study of the native language, empathize for its modern development and preservation. Olympics conducted in writing and is a system task, demonstrating speech and language competence, including knowledge of vocabulary and phraseology Ukrainian language, grammar difficulties, the ability in self-check and tested the ability proofroom observations on the text. Texts used in tasks designed to increase knowledge of Ukrainian science and culture, are educational in nature. Duration tasks – 1 hour. Results posted on the department’s website. The awards ceremony takes place at the scientific conference "Ukrainian culture: yesterday, today and always."
