Genre of parable as a philosophical and literary story is considered in terms of its defining predication – ‘philosophic’ – ‘philosophic forms’, ‘philosophic system of images’, ‘philosophy’ of the problems raised in the text. The essential feature of the parable is observed and analyzed that is the problem of awareness, when subject cannot be understood but it is a source of knowledge about ignorance. Parable acquires didactic and allegorical form of expression, which ‘figuratively’ reduces the conflict.
