Digits and numbers became a part of our everyday life. All of us learn to add, subtract, divide and multiply. Thus numerals as a lexical equivalent of a number are among the most widely used parts of speech.
The aim of this tutorial is to help pupils acquire the skills of gramatical use and correct pronunciation of numerals, teach them to agree the forms of nimerals with other parts of speech in different contexts and in this way to increase the overall accuracy of the spoken and written language.
The publication includes some interesting material, exersices and tasks concerning the history of numerals formation, folk mathematics, metrology, phraseology, magic tricks with numbers etc.
