Taras Shevchenko poetry “Еnchant me Magi …” is analyzed from perspective of Christian and traditional mythological author’s philosophy in the context of psychological state of persona. The poem was written in 1844 and dedicated to a famous actor M.S.Schepkinu, which Taras Shevchenko friends. This small volume of poetry by attracts a mix of personal experiences, deep religiousness and characteristic of traditional rituals and paganism.
