The report analyzes the сulture of scientific and technical professional broadcasting in the current development domestic linguistic science, culture, language and scientific text. Detailed scientific concept as a complete text of speech formation. The report contains the following sections production language as a communicative phenomenon, science text. The analysis of the problems of insufficient linguistic communicative, stylistic competence researchers and professionals who deal according to their expertise with scientific language and the conclusion of scientific texts and traditional domination in the international scientific space of English as a global language of science. The work contains language research writing scientific texts in Ukraine. In conclusion, substantiates the role of culture in shaping the scientific language of modern professional competence of professionals and stressed the role of the national language as the most important factor in the development of science.
